Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I share my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My parents took me to America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. In the hope of having the best life possible I wanted to try the best I could to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. I thought my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, get an executive position, be married, and then start with a family. I believed that this was the epitome of success life had other plans to show me the meaning of success. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that I disliked my corporate position. Even though the compensation and position was good, I didn't feel like it fulfilled me. It was more like I was spending my time. While navigating my way to a new career path, I discovered that I was supposed to be an instructor. I enjoyed working out, I liked being social and I loved helping people. In 2014, I started my own small business and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. In this field there is a lack of Asian women. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their desires and accomplish all they wish to do in their life. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the greatest loss to me. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll keep her in my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in several ways. I believe her passing gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I had my second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense that I am alive and living. It's not that I'm just another number. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. To know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Also, health is your biggest wealth. Since death is the only thing that we can have I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
